New procurement thresholds will apply from 1 January 2020 to all contract opportunities arising on or after that date.
The above thresholds are net of VAT.
There has been a debate about which thresholds apply to some NHS bodies, for example CCGs and NHS Foundation Trusts. NHS Trusts, the Department of Health and Social Care and the NHS Business Services Authority are listed as being Central Government Authorities (as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015), but there are a number of NHS bodies that are not specifically listed in the Regulations.
