Mitie has secured a contract worth up to £68.5 million with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) to provide essential integrated facilities management (IFM) and catering services.
The contract is initially for five years, with the option to extend for a further two years and consists of an IFM contract worth £34.5m with a further £34m of project-based work expected to be completed within the same time period.
This partnership will see Mitie deliver services across the CLCH’s 290 sites in 14 London boroughs, as well as in Hertfordshire, serving a population of 4.1 million people. This will include a mix of walk-in-centres and community clinics.
