As part of the evolution of HCSA we have been working on an exciting enhancement to our L&D offer.
On 1 April, we will finally launch the new model which will include a programme of refreshed and updated chargeable training available on a ‘pay as you go’ (PAYG) or pre-paid Organisation Subscription Model. This will build on the existing taskforce programme which will remain free of charge for HCSA members.
The enhanced programme will bring a range of virtual and face-to-face programmes with many utilising new course content which will complement and align to the NHS Centre of Excellence. In addition to this, further new courses are being developed with partners and as a newly certified CPD member we will be adding CPD certified courses to our programme as we continue to grow the next generation of HCSA learning & development.
