An integrated care board executive has stepped back from a management consultancy firm she helped to found with the former chief executive of the ICB, HSJ reports..
Libby Ryan-Davies was a founding partner of Ryan Moore and Company alongside Steve Moore, who stepped down suddenly as Devon ICB chief executive in January amid uncertainty over the leadership of the Cornwall and Devon ICB cluster.
However, in a LinkedIn post this week, Mr Moore said that he was relaunching the firm as Moore and Company and confirmed that Ms Ryan-Davies had stepped away.
He said: “Libby Ryan-Davies has stepped back from the company, a decision that reflects her integrity, not any lack of belief in what we set out to build.
“Libby’s existing commitments are considerable, and she was honest enough to recognise that she couldn’t give this the time it deserves. That kind of honesty is rare, and I respect her enormously for it.”
