Background

Whether you’re new to procurement or already part of the community,  HCSA is here to help you on your career path.

We promote the work of procurement and supply chain staff at all levels in healthcare and provide training events, educational seminars, awards and two high-profile annual conferences.

Our latest initiative is our Women’s Network which is the very first national organisation dedicated to women in healthcare procurement.

The HCSA Women in Procurement & Supply Chain Network (Women’s Network) has been created to celebrate the achievements of women in Procurement and Supply Chain in the NHS/Healthcare.

Our primary aim is to address women’s issues in the workplace and work to drive positive change.

The network supports diversity, inclusion and gender balance, supporting equal opportunity and participation at all levels and in all aspects.

On May 25th 2023 the Women's Network held a hugely successful inaugural event in Regent's Park London. You can read the event brochure here and see the conference video below.
