We are absolutely delighted that she will be bringing her passion, energy and expertise to lead the development of One LSC, ensuring it provides the very best services and working environment for our colleagues.

“I am sure you will join me and the Provider Collaboration Board in wishing Sharon the very best of luck in her new role.”

Sharon added: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with colleagues across our health system to create One LSC together.

“We have excellent central services and our hospitals could not run without them. I am keen to learn from the experience of all colleagues and am committed to creating a listening and learning culture which has visible and supportive leadership. We will be running a programme of face-to-face engagement over the coming months to make sure our central services colleagues feel informed and supported. I look forward to meeting you and to talking to you at one of these sessions soon.”
