What are you most proud of?
My 3 children and grandchildren.
My career of nearly 40 years working in the NHS.
What makes you angry?
Injustice, Inequalities in health and social care.
The bureaucracy and barriers encountered when accessing health care can be frustrating and exhausting at times.
What sports team do you support (if any)?
I am not an avid follower of a football team.
I would have to say Arsenal because of my boys and Aston Villa because of my Birmingham roots
Which famous person would you most like to meet and why?
Stevie Wonder – massive fan.
Love love his music and the profound meaning behind his music
What superpower would you most like to have and why?
The power of healing.
Being able to heal all conditions – physical and psychological.
What historical figure do you most admire and why?
Martin Luther King.
I love his fight and desire to have equal and better opportunities not only for his children but generations to come.
He sought this through peaceful means and sadly lost his life in April 1968.
I visited the Martin Luther King memorial site as part of my 50th birthday celebrations. Awesome
What’s your perfect weekend?
Shopping (not food!!!), Meal out with my friends, Church on Sunday with my family.
What’s your favourite meal?
Anything Caribbean (Ackee and Salt Fish, Rice and Peas, Chicken) Chinese/ Pan Asian

Determined/ Tenacious, Enthusiastic – unable to count
What do you hope to be doing 5 years from now?
Still working clinically in procurement. Advancing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in procurement.
