What are you most proud of?
I am proud of contributing into the NHS system. It is something that we will all utilise at some point, so creating a positive impact for those in need is very rewarding.
What makes you angry?
Seeing injustice and unfairness across the world makes me angry. I believe people should be treated equally no matter what their gender, race or beliefs are.
What sports team do you support (if any)?
I don’t massively follow sport; however, my partner does play football. Therefore, I would say Staincross FC!
Which famous person would you most like to meet and why?
I would love to meet Beyonce because she is an inspiration due to her hard work, talent and determination. She is known to empower women and people of colour.
What superpower would you most like to have and why?
I would love to be able to Teleport. Being someone who enjoys travelling and seeing the world, it would be much easier than having to travel via a plane!
What historical figure do you most admire and why?
Princess Diana. She raised awareness for many causes from leprosy and HIV to domestic violence and mental health. She used her influence for the people affected by adversity and hardship. Her public advocacy and charitable work are admirable.
What’s your perfect weekend?
My perfect weekend would be spent doing a long walk in the Peak District or Lake District with my partner and dog. I really am at my happiest when hiking in the middle of nowhere! Of course, followed by dinner in a country pub!
What’s your favourite meal?
Anything Italian! If I had to choose, most likely carbonara.
Can you describe yourself in one word?
Determined
What do you hope to be doing 5 years from now?
First and foremost, I hope to be happy and healthy! But on a professional level, I would hope to still be working for the NHS in procurement as I am very passionate about my job and the impact it has.
