Life Time Achievement Award
Lifetime Achievement Award (previously Chairs Award) can be for a team or an individual/individuals. It recognises excellence of delivery within the Procurement community.
The criteria for the award include one or several of the following,
- Has been at the forefront of strategic change
- Has made a significant contribution to the health care supply profession
- Has significantly raised the profile of the profession, or their organisation(s)
- Has performed their role (strategic or operational) to a level of excellence and with dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism, over a number of years, directly or indirectly supporting colleagues to deliver frontline patient care
Oversight of this award sits with the HCSA Executive who will accept nominations throughout the year leading up to the Annual Awards.
The nomination submissions need to be in writing, please download the submission Lifetime Achievement nomination this needs to be completed and emailed to admin@nhsprocurement.org.uk submissions can be received from,
- HCSA National Council
- HCSA Executive
- HCSA Chair
- HCSA Trustee
- HCSA President
- HCSA Patron
The HCSA Executive will check the submissions for suitability to be put forward for the Lifetime Achievement Award. The HCSA Executive may make a recommendation to forward for consideration or advise on an alternative award within the regional or national awards programme.
Outstanding Achievement Award
This award (previously the President’s Award) recognises excellence within the Procurement community.
The award is normally awarded as a team award.
The nominations might include one or several of the following,
- Successful delivery of strategic change
- A significant programme or project that benefits the procurement community or profession
- Has significantly raised the profile of the profession, or their organisation(s)
- Benefits directly or indirectly in the delivery of frontline patient care
The nomination submissions need to be in writing, please download the submission Outstanding Achievement nomination this needs to be completed and emailed to admin@nhsprocurement.org.uk submissions can be received from,
